Full teeth milling HSS threading dies are strengthened ones on the basis of common threading dies. 

Hongli use special heat treatment and teeth milling equipment to make common HSS threading dies much stronger and more precise in use. 

As per our testing on galvanized steel pipe of 2 inch, Hongli full teeth milling HSS threading dies can make more than 2000 threads. 

That is, the life time is longer and you do not have to change dies too often when your project is urgent.

Meanwhile, the dies are doing well in pipes with hard material or special characters, such as stainless steel pipe. black steel pipe and galvanized steel pipe and so on.
